    Entrepreneurship Theory & Practice (UvA)

    In this course you will identify and thoroughly validate an innovative business idea. This could very well be the starting point of your entrepreneurial career. You will gain crucial knowledge of practically relevant theories on entrepreneurship, which you can apply directly. Inspiring lectures, interesting guest speakers and workshops will make sure you will get the knowledge, skills, and attitude needed to think critically about your business idea and thoroughly validate it.

    Students study the characteristics of mortgage loans used by households
    to finance the purchase of a house, the functioning of the Dutch housing market including the role of policy interventions (notably mortgage interest deductibility and spatial planning), and the role of housing corporations.
